Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FDOG - News) has unveiled an enhanced design of its traditional hot dog and grille franchised restaurants. Opened this week in Las Vegas, the new restaurant presents a more sophisticated image than the traditional Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs & Grille restaurants.

President, Dean Valentino commented, “The upgraded version will not replace the original design but will be available for locations that require a more sophisticated image. The new restaurant is located in a Lowe’s plaza that features some of the industry’s best restaurant chains including Starbucks (SBUX) and Quizno’s Grille. In that environment our restaurants have to project a sophisticated image.”

The new restaurant was designed and built by architect and Regional Director for Famous Uncle Al’s, Guy Shields. Rich Bragiel, Regional director and West Coast representative assisted in the design and supervision of construction. Mr. Bragiel opened the first Las Vegas Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs & Grille restaurant in 2005. Mr. Bragiel and Mr. Shields both are planning to open additional Famous Uncle Al’s restaurants in the area.

Valentino added,” All of our restaurants feature Famous Uncle Al’s brand hot dogs and a variety of traditional American menu items. We continue to develop our menu with a particular emphasis on developing relationships with well known brand products. We have entered into a national agreement with Pepsi-Cola Fountain Company, Inc, a subsidiary of PepsiCo. Inc. (PEP) to feature Pepsi products in all famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs & Grille restaurants. We are also incorporating Breyers Ice cream products into our restaurants. We are dedicated to providing our consumers and franchisees the best products available and will continue to enhance our menu, procedures and services.”
