Hochtief Facility Management takes over the park management operations at the “Rothe Erde” industrial park of Philips in Aachen for an initial five years with immediate effect. An agreement to this effect has been concluded by the two companies now. The service provider’s tasks at the Aachen base comprise technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management as well as production-related services.

At its production site, Philips develops and manufactures automotive lighting and halogen lamps. Hochtief Facility Management will ensure optimum production conditions and efficient park management in the next five years. Within the framework of this assignment, the company takes on 32 Philips staff who have been working at the industrial park up to now.
