China Architectural Engineering Inc. said Monday it named Wang Xin its interim chief financial officer to replace Xin Yue Jasmine Geffner, who has decided to leave for personal reasons at the end of the month.

Xin is a former CFO of the company.

China Architectural designs and installs curtain wall systems, which can be fixed or movable.

The company’s shares rose 7 cents to $8.65 in morning trading.
