Caterpillar agrees to acquire Gremada Industries assets for undisclosed sum

Heavy equipment maker Caterpillar Inc. said Monday that it will acquire certain assets of Gremada Industries Inc., which reclaims and remanufactures metal components.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
