Dutch architect takes HQ design job for RTA

The Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology Governing Board voted unanimously Wednesday to hire BPLW+ASCG, a Native American-owned engineering, architectural and technical service, to design the new CAVIT building in Coolidge.
