While depositions in a lawsuit against Bay Isle Associates will begin soon, the developer recently began construction on the third building, building E, at its Cruz Bay luxury condominium development, Grande Bay Resort.
Building E, which has been permitted by the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, will consist of more luxury condominiums.
