Sewage pipeline construction begins on East Shore

Roadway construction began on the East Shore Monday for the second phase of the Incline Village General Improvement District’s effluent pipeline project.
The pipeline replacement takes place on Highway 28 from a point about four miles south of Sand Harbor to the intersection with Highway 50.
