Building Under Construction Collapses

Four people were hurt when a building under construction in De Pere collapsed shortly before nine o’clock Tuesday morning.

City saves on building projects

Two recent city construction projects — an addition at the Police Department and a new fire station on Statesville Boulevard — came in under budget.
Salisbury architect Karen Alexander said the 14,000-square-foot addition and renovations to the Police Department had a contract price of $3,051,760.

City selects design firm for its civic center

The city of Keizer has selected Group Mackenzie of Portland as the engineering and design company for the city’s $14 million civic center.
